We began wine production at our facility in Paris in 1989.
Winemaking practice across all three of our brands is intentional minimalis and focused on smal lots with little intervention Using native yeast a minimal sulfur no fining additions and no filtration when apossible to we attempted to allow the purest expression this unique and diverse region.
