Puree the pulp for syrups and sauces. Blend it into smoothies or make refreshing juices. It adds excellent flavor to sorbets, jams, yogurts, and ice-creams. You can enjoy it grilled or frozen. It acts as an excellent garnishing ingredient too. The fruit can be preserved in the pureed or cubed form, either fresh or dried.
